You’re Invited to Our Grand Opening Week!
Join us the first week of June for a full week of celebration packed with fun, food, and festivities you won’t want to miss! Be sure to stop by our lobby—there will be games and prizes all week long.
Monday: Kick things off with What’s Brewin’ Coffee Truck, serving coffee and lemonade shake-ups from 7 AM – 1 PM.
Tuesday: Enjoy lunch with Monari’s Chili Dog Truck, offering chili dogs, soft pretzels, and more from 11 AM – 2 PM.
Wednesday: Don’t miss our Ribbon Cutting at 4 PM with Joe Higgs and Mayor Dillon! Stay for live music from Shawn Smith and delicious food from Raber Packing Co., featuring pork chop sandwiches, brats, and hot dogs. It’s sure to be a highlight of the week!
Thursday: Cool off with Lefty’s Ice Cream Truck, serving up sweet treats from 1 PM – 5 PM.
Friday: Stop inside and grab some fresh, homemade pies from West Peoria’s own Girl with Pies, Amy!
