Drive-up Teller Frequent Asked Questions
Do I need my debit card to operate?
No. Just simply "TOUCH THE SCREEN" to start your transaction with a live teller.
Am I talking to a live person?
Yes. There will be a live BOF teller on the screen, same as always. Same friendly faces!
Why are you changing the original drive-up?
We want to give our customers a quicker & more convenient experience than before.
The average transaction time for our new drive-thru sessions are around 2 minutes.
This is also creating additional job opportunities for our current staff and future employment opportunities, as well.
How do I operate the drive-up terminal?
Just "TOUCH THE SCREEN". Our live teller will prompt you through the entire session. We also have tutorial videos on this page & on Facebook.
Can I do my banking transactions including loan payments?
YES! We can do 95% of transactions in the new Drive-up Teller.
Can I still operate the ATM?
YES. It also serves as an ATM 24/7 with a depository as well as a drive up lane for the live video teller during regular banking hours. Just insert your card instead of "TOUCH THE SCREEN" to initiate an ATM transaction.
When can I have access to a live teller?
Our video tellers are available during the drive-up hours listed here: Drive-Up Hours
Do I have daily withdrawal limits like I do on my Debit Card?
No. It's as if you were completing the transaction over the counter.
How quickly will my transaction show up?
Just like inside of the branch, the Drive-up Teller is on real time, so you will see it right away (unless item(s) is subjected to a hold).
