When is the upgrade taking place?

Our technology upgrade is taking place Friday, October 9th through Monday, October 12th. Please note that our branches will be closed on Monday, October 12th in recognition of Columbus Day.

What can I expect during the upgrade?
To ensure a successful transition, some banking services will be temporarily affected during the conversion weekend.
  • Farmington Branch will be closed on Saturday, October 10.
  • Extended phone support will be available during normal drive-up hours at (309) 245-2441.
  • Online banking and other digital services may experience intermittent interruptions.
  • ATM and debit card transactions may be briefly unavailable at certain times during the conversion.
What services will remain the same?
Many of the services you use today will not change, including:
  • Your account numbers
  • Loan rates and terms
Do I need to do anything to prepare?

We encourage you to plan ahead, as some services will be unavailable between Friday, October 9 through Monday, October 12.

Please watch for updates and reminders leading up to the conversion. We will share important information through our website, online banking, mobile banking app, email communications, and branch signage.

Is my personal and banking information secure?

Absolutely. Protecting your information remains our highest priority. Your personal information, account details, and banking records will remain secure throughout the upgrade process.
